Proposed scope
The proposed relationship concerns B2B software, integration and operational coordination provided by Swyby, Inc. Service scope, fees, support, data responsibilities, liability, termination and applicable law require a completed agreement before use.
Provider relationship
Regulated services are supplied by the identified provider under the applicable provider terms and approved arrangement. Customers must complete required checks and accept relevant terms. Swyby cannot promise provider acceptance, uninterrupted access, a particular rate or settlement outcome.
Instructions and control
Customers are responsible for accurate business information, authorized users, legitimate payment purposes and correct destination details. Swyby’s software coordinates instructions; customer funds and private keys stay outside its control under this model.
Fees and records
Any software, platform or partner fee must be agreed and disclosed. Provider conversion, network and payout fees are distinct. No pricing agreement is created by a sample screen, inquiry or downloaded record.
